Full-Time Positions Available:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in daily operations of our customer care team.
  • Directly interact with customers and team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, issues and concerns.
  • Create and implement customer service policies, procedures, and strategies to gain customers and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Work with all departments, such as sales, marketing, technical service, and administration to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services and provide ongoing training to team members.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the company’s CRM software with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate input from all team members.
  • Administrative supervision and staff training of the company’s customer loyalty & rewards program.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates for with testimonials or case studies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and participate in daily operations of our two retail stores, including inventory management, sales transactions, print production, and customer inquiries.
  • Manage, schedule, hire, and train multiple full-time and part-time Retail Associates.
  • Adjust and maintain the look, feel, and flow of retail areas; including layouts signs, and displays.
  • Assist in product selection and inventory management.
  • Implement and execute sales, promotions, and special events.
  • Help customers as needed with friendly, helpful attitude in person and over the phone.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of the company’s CRM software with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate input from all team members.
  • Work closely with multiple departments, including purchasing, marketing, delivery and accounting.
  • Very limited local travel between stores as necessary with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Initial point of contact for customer calls, emails and website chat projecting professionalism while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and concerns to provide clear, concise and helpful information.
  • Guide customers though processes such as ordering, placing service calls, arranging returns and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel and help follow through for complete customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer contacts in our CRM software.
  • Be an expert on our online ordering system, able to guide customers as needed.
  • Stay informed on all company products, supplies and service offerings.
  • Learn and become familiar with all aspects of our proprietary software to be able to answer questions on many varied customer inquiries.

Part-Time Positions Available:

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and assist them in finding the proper products or help provide their needed print services.
  • Gain ongoing knowledge of the products and services we offer to be able to make recommendations and proper product/service selections.
  • Learn and become proficient in our point-of-sale software to be able to register cash, credit and in-house charge sales accurately and quickly.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures with precise attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other retail associates and management to assure all orders & projects are delivered on time as promised.
  • Ability to calmly handle any minor issues, present solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Perfect position for college students, persons mixing with another part-time job or somebody who is easing back into the work force!
