Rule 1 — Sponsor
The Medallion Hunt (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by River Bend Business Products (“Sponsor”), 201 Victory Drive, Mankato, MN 56001 · 800-783-3811 · riverbendbusiness.com. Kemske’s Paper, Print & Supplies, 509 Center Street, New Ulm, MN 56073, is part of River Bend Business Products.
Rule 2 — Sweepstakes Period and Key Dates
All times are Central Time (CT).

Sponsor’s computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
The Hunt page and form may be live before the Entry Period for testing. Enrollments submitted before 12:00 AM CT on Monday, October 19, 2026, including test submissions, do not earn entries.
Rule 3 — Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (1) are 18 years of age or older; (2) are legal residents of the United States; and (3) own, are employed by, or are authorized to act on behalf of a for-profit business or nonprofit organization that has a physical location in Minnesota (an “Eligible Business”).
Not eligible: employees of River Bend Business Products (including River Bend Express and Kemske’s Paper, Print & Supplies), its affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and email-delivery agencies; members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses); and anyone living in the same household as any of them. Void where prohibited.
Rule 4 — How to Enter (Enrollment Entry)
During the Entry Period, complete and submit the free Business Source Network (“BSN”) enrollment form at riverbendbusiness.com/hunt. The form has two pages. An entry counts only after the entrant clicks “Activate My Account & Enter” on page 2. Each eligible entrant who submits a complete form receives one (1) entry.
BSN membership is free. No purchase, payment, or catalog registration is required to enroll, to enter, or to win. Catalog access is optional and does not affect entries.
Existing BSN members and current or past customers must submit the form during the Entry Period to be entered. Earlier enrollment, purchase history, or BSN tier does not count as an entry.
Entrants may also enroll by calling Sponsor at 800-783-3811 during business hours. A phone enrollment completed by a Sponsor representative is treated the same as an online enrollment.
Enrollments submitted at riverbendbusiness.com/bsn during the Entry Period count the same as enrollments at riverbendbusiness.com/hunt.
Rule 5 — Early Bird Bonus
Each eligible entrant whose enrollment is received by Monday, November 2, 2026, 11:59 PM CT receives one (1) additional bonus entry, for two (2) enrollment entries total. Enrollments received after that time receive one (1) entry.
Rule 6 — Medallion Entries
Starting Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 12:00 AM CT, seven (7) medallions are available:
- Five (5) website medallions on pages of riverbendbusiness.com: one (1) entry each, up to five (5) entries.
- One (1) store medallion displayed at River Bend Express, 201 Victory Drive, Mankato, MN 56001: five (5) entries.
- One (1) store medallion displayed at Kemske’s Paper, Print & Supplies, part of River Bend Business Products, 509 Center Street, New Ulm, MN 56073: five (5) entries.
Each medallion is backed by its own numbered claim form. To claim medallion entries, an enrolled entrant completes the claim form for that medallion, using the same email address used to enroll. Each medallion can be claimed once per entrant. Maximum medallion entries: fifteen (15) per entrant.
Store medallions can be viewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, as posted at riverbendbusiness.com/medallion-hunt/. No purchase is required to enter either store or to view or claim a medallion. Sponsor is not responsible for store closures due to weather or other events beyond its control. Medallion IDs may not be sold, posted publicly, or shared for others to use. Doing so voids all of the entrant’s entries.
Rule 7 — Colleague Bonus Entries
An enrolled entrant (the “Referring Entrant”) earns one (1) bonus entry for each Colleague who enrolls during the Entry Period and names the Referring Entrant in the “Did a colleague send you?” field. Maximum: five (5) Colleagues and five (5) bonus entries per Referring Entrant.
A “Colleague” is an eligible individual who owns, works for, or is authorized to act for the same Eligible Business (same Employer Identification Number) as the Referring Entrant. Referrals of people at other businesses do not earn bonus entries.
A Colleague earns their own enrollment, early bird, and medallion entries under Rules 4–6, but cannot earn Colleague bonus entries. A bonus entry is credited only after the Colleague’s enrollment is complete and verified. Listing or forwarding a name alone earns nothing.
Rule 8 — Entry Limits

Only the first six (6) eligible enrollments from the same Eligible Business can earn entries. The first enrollment that is not itself a Colleague referral is the Referring Entrant. More people from the same business may still join BSN, but their enrollments earn no entries. Entries are not transferable. Entries generated by script, bot, or automated means, or by multiple or false identities, are void.
Rule 9 — Prizes

Each prize is River Bend Business Products account credit issued to the winning Eligible Business. Credit applies to new purchases only of River Bend Business Products products and services. It does not apply to existing balances, past-due amounts, or contract billing (including maintenance agreements and leases). Credit can be used across more than one order. Purchases made with award credit count toward the Eligible Business’s BSN tier. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Credit expires October 29, 2027. Any unused balance is forfeited at that time.
Rule 10 — Drawing and Odds
Before the drawing, Sponsor will check every entry for eligibility, remove duplicates and invalid entries, and apply the limits in Rule 8. The drawing takes place on or about Monday, November 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT at Sponsor’s Mankato office. It is livestreamed on Microsoft Teams, and Sponsor will send the link to BSN members. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using Random.org, in this order: Grand Prize, Second Prize, five Third Prizes, ten Fourth Prizes.
If a selected entry belongs to an Eligible Business that has already been selected, or is found ineligible, that entry is skipped and another is drawn. Sponsor may draw alternates at the same time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
Rule 11 — Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted by phone and/or email on or about November 23–24, 2026, by a member of the River Bend Business Products Care Team, using the contact information given at enrollment. A potential winner must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first notification attempt. Grand and Second Prize winners must also return a completed IRS Form W-9 for the Eligible Business within that time.
Sponsor may require a signed declaration of eligibility and a publicity release, where lawful. A prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected, if: the potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond in time; required documents are not returned; the potential winner is found ineligible; or the notification is returned as undeliverable. Sponsor is not responsible for failed notification caused by inaccurate or outdated contact information.
Rule 12 — Taxes
Each winning Eligible Business is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on its prize. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC where required by law. Under current federal rules for 2026, that applies to the Grand Prize ($5,000) and Second Prize ($3,000), which exceed the $2,000 reporting threshold. Third and Fourth Prizes are below it.
Rule 13 — Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize means the winner consents to Sponsor using the winner’s name, business name, city, and likeness in advertising and promotion, without further pay or notice. This includes the winner announcement and the Teams drawing recording.
Rule 14 — Privacy and Communications
Information submitted is used to run the Sweepstakes and to set up and serve the entrant’s BSN membership. Entrants will receive communications from River Bend Business Products and can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not remove entries already earned. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. Sponsor does not use Colleague names submitted in the referral field to send marketing to people who have not enrolled.
Rule 15 — General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, end, change, or suspend the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, a virus, a store closure, or any other cause impairs its integrity or proper operation. If that happens, Sponsor may award prizes from the eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike way. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
Rule 16 — Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants (and their Eligible Business) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims arising from taking part in the Sweepstakes or from accepting or using a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, garbled or misdirected entries; computer, network, email, website or form failures; errors in printing or advertising; or any technical difficulties. To the extent allowed by law, entrants waive any right to indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
Rule 17 — Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by Minnesota law. Each entrant agrees that any dispute will be resolved individually, without any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Blue Earth County, Minnesota. Any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, if any.
Rule 18 — Winners List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: River Bend Business Products, Attn: Medallion Hunt Winners, 201 Victory Drive, Mankato, MN 56001. Requests must be received by Friday, January 29, 2027.
Rule 19 — Official Rules
These Official Rules are posted at riverbendbusiness.com/contest-rules/. If any advertising conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
